Production

At RoJa - Consult, we ensure the production of spare parts, especially for equipment intended for the cement and lime industries. We are also able to ensure production according to the submitted documentation.

Production in our company is based on project documentation supplied by the customer. This contains all technical specifications according to which we carry out the order. After a thorough analysis and possible consultation, we start production, which includes material preparation, production itself and final quality control.

Bending and Forming

We bend and shape materials according to customer specifications using modern technologies that enable us to achieve the required parameters.

Cutting

We provide cutting of various types of materials, including sheets, profiles and pipes, with an eye to the efficient use of input material.

Rounding

We perform bending of sheets, profiles and pipes to produce arcuate or cylindrical shapes according to customer requirements.

CO₂, TIG Welding

We offer CO2 and TIG welding methods, suitable for various applications depending on the type of material and the required joint properties.
