• apprenticeship certificate in the field of locksmith, metalworker or in another related field or demonstrable experience in locksmith, welding and assembly work
• orientation in drawing documentation
• welding license is an advantage (state exam is not a requirement), we will renew expired licenses
• independence and responsibility
• willingness to learn in the profession
• proactive approach to problem solving
